Payment and Subscription Terms

If you purchase services from hatjpek, the following terms apply:

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled

Refund Policy

• Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed
• Subscription refunds may be available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@hatjpek.live
• Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hatjpek B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to hatjpek in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hatjpek B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. hatjpek reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You must stop using all hatjpek content and materials
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive
• Outstanding payment obligations will remain in effect
